Study and Design of 11-storey office building with 6000 m2 surface area contracted in 1995 with the Ministry of Economic and Financial Affairs. Considering the historical identity of Khorasan and the historical background of Iran, open plans, mixed facades and Achaemenid Iranian elements have been emphasized in this project.
