Ministry of Economic and Financial Affairs’ Building is a historical building which was constructed in the time of first Pahlavi. The contract for design of a multi-storey parking building besides this historical building was granted to Hamoun Co. in 1996. In addition to meeting the basic needs of the project, the design of parking building presents a harmonious post-modern combination by emphasizing the historical feature of the region (Tehran Grand Bazar).
