Aqdasieh Green Towers consisting of 160,000 m2 surface area, one of the unique large-scale Complexes of its time, have been designed in a 50,000 m2 land in North of Tehran.This Complex includes:· Setareh Building in 23  stories (4 parking & 22 residential stories)· Mehr(Sun) Building in 30 in stories (4 parking, 4 commercial & 22 residential stories)· Mah Building in 26 stories (4 parking & 22 residential stories)In designing this project, Persian & Islamic architecture principles have been considered and the Abraham’s Star has been set as a guide for designing the plans, facades and buildings architecture relations. The residential nature of the Complex affects the views and the placement of buildings to benefit from the mountains and the valleys of the region for supplying the fresh air. Locating in the seismic zone, special studies were done on the seismic characteristics of the site and on the seismic behavior of the structure and the structural calculations have been performed based on higher safety coefficients than those in current codes.
